Better margin.
Controlled risk.

We help businesses lower production cost without compromising quality.

Built by a decade on the brand side. Not the factory side.

Real projects. Real results.

Every number here comes from an actual client engagement. Nothing is estimated or projected.

Case 01 · Headwear · 20,000+ Units

35%+ total cost reduction. Zero operational burden.

35%++

What happened

Before working with us, a promo distributor was buying 20,000+ blank caps from a wholesaler, shipping them to their own facility, and running embroidery in-house with dedicated staff. Every order meant machine time, labor, electricity, management overhead, and floor space tied up in decoration.

We produced all 20,500 units across 5 styles and 5 brands. Custom embroidery, brand-specific woven labels, individual polybag packaging with barcodes. Everything arrived shelf-ready. Their team unpacked and shipped to end clients. That's it.

Result

35%+
Total cost reduction

35%+ savings on product cost alone. The real number is larger. Decoration labor, machine maintenance, warehouse space, management time. None of that shows up in our invoice because none of it exists anymore.

35%+ total cost reduction · White-glove DDP · Zero operational burden

Product cost savings only. Does not include eliminated operational overhead.

Case 02 · Crisis Management

14 days. A national holiday. A fixed event date.

On time.+

What happened

A shipment was on schedule with enough buffer for the client's event. Then customs selected the container for a routine inspection, causing a delay beyond the original timeline. The event date wasn't moving.

We assessed within hours and made the call: don't wait. Start over.

The factory had just entered a national holiday. We got them to prioritize a new production run ahead of every existing order. Production started on the first morning back. The replacement shipment was on a cargo flight the next day. The client sent us one email. Their event ran on time.

When something goes wrong in a supply chain, the question is not whether your supplier will try to fix it. It's whether they have the factory relationships to move during a holiday, the logistics network to run at full speed, and the judgment to make the right call before the window closes.

Case 03 · 500 Units · Rare Color · Brand Build

500 units. Fully custom. No US supplier would touch it.

75%++

What happened

500 units. Custom Pantone color, custom silhouette, private woven labels, barcode, retail-ready polybag. In the US wholesale system, this order doesn't exist. Wholesalers sell stock colors in stock styles. If you want a custom color at 500 pieces, the answer is no.

The client wanted the color from one hat applied to a completely different silhouette. We matched the Pantone onto the new style, redesigned the label from scratch, switched from woven labels to heat-applied for better comfort against the skin. Every detail, built for 500 units the same way you'd build it for 5,000.

Logistics and result

Air freight at full volume would have erased the margin. We split: 50 units by air for the launch window, the rest by sea.

Case 04 · Custom Footwear

From dead deal to delivered. 24h design turnaround.

24h+

The problem

A US promotional products company needed branded shoes for their client's event. The original plan was a popular sneaker style with custom printing, but the all-in cost came to ~$249 per pair. At that price, the project was dead. Their client couldn't justify the spend for an employee reward.

What we did

We sourced a similar style with full customization in the client's colors and branding. Design renderings delivered within 24 hours. Revised artwork in 48 hours. Production sample ready in two days. Final product delivered DDP, fully packaged and branded.

Result

$33
Landed cost per pair, fully customized

The project went from dead to delivered. The client got a fully branded product at a price point that made the campaign viable.

24h design turnaround · DDP delivery

This is the kind of project that usually ends with “sorry, it's out of budget.” It doesn't have to.

We don't start with factory quotes. We start with your business.

Finding a factory is easy. Knowing which one will actually get your product right is not. You can spend weeks comparing quotes and samples and still not know if the factory you chose will deliver what you expected.

We’ve spent over a decade building relationships and learning which factories deliver and which ones don’t. That judgment is what you’re getting. Not a list of suppliers. A decision.

We manage pre-production samples, in-process checkpoints, and final inspection before anything ships. But quality isn’t just about passing inspection. It’s whether the logo placement feels balanced, whether the color reads right in person, whether the product looks like something you’d be proud to hand to your client.

I built and sold my own products for over a decade. Most sourcing companies check specs. We check the product. I hold every product to the same standard I held my own.

300 pieces or 20,000. A custom color matched onto a different product. Multiple components from different factories arriving as one finished, packaged shipment. These are the projects that get quoted high, turned down, or done poorly.

We handle the full production, branding, labeling, packaging, quality checks, all as one project. You don’t coordinate between vendors. You get a finished product.

Freight, customs, duties, last-mile delivery. We handle all of it. Every order can be delivered as a DDP program, finished, packaged, and labeled to your specs.

You receive one landed cost. No inflated shipping quotes, no surprise invoices after.

Three suppliers. Similar prices.
No clear answer.

That's usually where the real sourcing problem begins. And where most sourcing companies stop asking questions.

THE SELF — my former brand

I didn't come to sourcing from the supply side. I came from the brand side.

For over a decade, I built and operated my own product businesses in fashion, footwear, bags, and skincare, scaling them to seven-figure annual revenue with physical retail locations. I sourced the materials, picked the factories, managed the production runs, and shipped to customers myself. I know what every dollar in a landed cost is for.

That's why I started EZ Source. I've been on the other side. I know what it costs when a factory delivers late, when the product doesn't match the sample, when you're stuck fixing something that should have been caught before it shipped.

I grew up in China and studied at Columbia University. Now based in Columbus, Ohio. I know how American buyers think about risk, and I know how Chinese factories actually operate. That's not something you learn from a textbook.

I'm your single point of contact in the US. In China, I have a ground team of 3 that's been with me for 7 years. They handle inspections, factory scheduling, and on-the-floor coordination on every project.

Three suppliers can quote you the exact same number. Only one of them will actually deliver what you need. Knowing which one takes judgment.

My name is not on your product.
But I treat it like it is.

Specialized where it matters.
Flexible everywhere else.

Promotional Product Companies

Up to 50% below your current wholesale cost, delivered DDP.

Your ASI suppliers are sourcing from factories just like the ones we work with. You're paying for the extra layers between you and the production floor. We cut those layers out.

Same product, competitive with or below your current wholesale cost, delivered DDP to your warehouse. Pantone matching, private labels, barcode packaging, logo decoration, all finished before it leaves China.

From 300-piece custom runs to six-figure production programs. And yes, we'll take the small runs that everyone else quotes high or ignores.

Consumer Brands

From someone who built brands for a decade, not just sourced for them.

I built and ran my own product brand for over a decade before starting EZ Source. I've dealt with the wrong factory, the delayed shipment, a finished product that looked nothing like the sample.

Most brands either overpay through middlemen or waste months figuring out who to trust. If you want someone who's done retail, understands brand standards, and can handle sourcing, QC, and logistics as one system, that's what we built this company to do.

Specialty & Custom Products

Your project is complex. Our process isn't.

Sometimes a project doesn't fit a neat category. Seven different packaging components for one product, mixed materials, multiple factories involved. That's actually where we're most useful.

We coordinate the pieces, manage the artwork and specs for each one, and make sure everything arrives together, on time, as one shipment. If you're not sure whether we can handle your product, just ask.

Payment terms are structured per project. For smaller runs, full payment upfront. For larger orders, a deposit before production, balance before shipment.

We map out a realistic schedule at the start and flag risks early, not late.

It varies by project. Adding a logo to a stock product can take as little as 1 to 3 days. Fully custom production depends on quantity and complexity.

For example, 400 custom jackets typically take around 25 days. 20,000 custom caps, 30 to 45 days. We’ll scope the timeline before you commit.

We offer flexible shipping options. Air freight delivers in 3 to 5 days. Sea freight ranges from 15 to 35 days depending on the route and vessel speed.

We can also split shipments, air a portion for your deadline and ship the rest by sea to save cost.

We typically work with larger production runs. For established clients, we handle smaller orders starting around 300 pieces.

This flexibility is especially useful for promo companies managing a mix of large programs and short runs.

Many ASI and SAGE suppliers source from factories just like ours in China. You’re just paying for the layers in between.

We go direct, and quote you a DDP landed price up to 50% below your current wholesale cost. Same product quality, fewer hands touching it, one number to your door.

You're looking for a partner who understands the full picture.

If you've made it here, you probably have a project worth getting right.
